Chameleon Net seminar well received at the Blackbaud Conference 2009 (23/11/2009)
London digital agency Chameleon Net has once again received high approval ratings for presenting pertinent and informative seminar sessions at industry events.
The latest feedback follows the recent Relationship Management Conference run by non-profits sector software provider, Blackbaud. Dan Martin, the agency's marketing director, co-presented a session with Sandra Luther, Internet Solutions Manager at Blackbaud, titled The Importance of User-Centric Supporter Management.
The paper offered practical advice on creating targeted communications and using analytics to track web visitors and their behaviour. Chameleon Net's current thinking in the use of multi-channel techniques such as web mobile, email and RSS also featured in the seminar.
Delegates were asked to rate both the speaker and the session itself by way of a score of one to four across a range of criteria. 18 of the 29 delegates provided feedback.
Martin scored particularly highly for knowledge of his subject with eight respondents awarding a mark of ‘3' and a further seven giving the maximum ‘4'. The top mark was also awarded by four delegates for Session Usefulness and by three participants for the Session Content and Session Overall categories.
When the respondents' scores were presented as an average of their total marks, two thirds of the delegates participating (12) awarded Martin a score of 3 or more.
